生産者日記 - 親牡蠣採取
今年も、そろそろ安芸の一粒の、種苗を、生産しなければいけないので、
先日の、大潮の時、親牡蠣探しに、宮島の、干潟へ、行きました。
親牡蠣は、天然干潟で、自然に育って生き残った、強いかきや、
いろんなかきを集めて、いいかきの、遺伝子で、安芸の一粒を
人工採苗します。
親かきは、エサを、やりながら水温を、上げて育て、早く卵を、
もたせます。卵が熟してきたら、採卵して、人工受精します。
